Copernicus is the best partner for investment funds that want to invest in corporate secured debt and Real Estate Asset in Southern Europe. We are an independent Special Servicer so we can associate with financial institutions and funds from all over the world. We advise our clients in the process of purchasing NPLs portfolios and we manage those portfolios once acquired. We also identify special Real Estate opportunities for investors. We are young but very strong. Thanks to our exponential growth since 2013 we count now more than 150 employees in our offices in Madrid and Milan. We have a very well-defined strategy to continue growing. The sky is our limit. We believe that the value added in our service is in our people. Our Recruitment Process
Our objective during the recruitment process is to find the best match for our vacancies taking into consideration the requirements for the job, our company culture and the competencies of the candidates. If the candidate agrees, we take the application into consideration for any role that we may have in Copernicus.
We are an international organization. It is important that all our employees speak English fluently.
We use different sources for candidates. Once we receive an application we communicate with the candidate as of the next steps. If we can progress with the application, we have an initial telephone interview. We often perform an English test during this call. The following step would be to have one or two personal interviews in our offices to talk about the technical skills and to meet the managers. After the personal interview the recruitment department follows up on the outcome of the process. We have many job opportunities, so we normally move quickly.
